We have detected a massive distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) towards the IP address of the server where your plan is being hosted. The volume of the attack was at such a great scale that it negatively impacted the network of the entire host, affecting other clients and services as well. Our network operations team immediately took action in order to attempt and filter the attack. Due to the nature of the attack, it was really hard to fully mitigate it, and even though our data center engineers were doing everything possible to filter this on a network level it was still not enough to ensure the stability of the host, which is the reason why you were not able to access your websites during this event.

However, I am glad to inform you that we were finally able to mitigate the attack successfully, and for more than an hour already all of the services and hosted websites are back online. Thus, we can safely consider the matter as fully resolved at this point. You should be fully able to access all of your website/s and cPanel accounts without any additional issues. It is important to note that only the network of the server was affected during this period, and your websites/account data were not affected at all.
