Regarding Outage

Please accept our apologies for the service disruption that occurred. Earlier this evening we experienced a service disruption that affected a subset of our customers being hosted on the shared MySQL service.

This disruption was due to a hardware issue that has been addressed by our Engineering team. Your websites should now be loading as normal.

We understand how important your online presence is to you, and we apologize that in this case, we weren't able to meet the high standards for service you've come to expect from us.  We realize we've put you in a situation that's prevented you from reaching your online goals.

To help prevent this type of event from happening in the future, we will be doing a full internal investigation of this issue, working to thoroughly determine the root cause and the scope of its impact. Thank you for your patience, we greatly appreciate it. If you are still seeing issues affecting your sites let us know and we will help you get them addressed.
