 Hamas released 13 Israelis late Saturday night on the second day of the ceasefire after delaying the exchange over demands, saying Israel must first allow aid trucks into northern Gaza before it will free the hostages as part of an exchange deal involving 50 Israeli hostages for 150 Palestinian prisoners. Between four and seven foreign nationals are also expected to be released.
