- Expositional Preach and teach the Word of God with clarity and conviction.
- Provide spiritual leadership and guidance to the church community.
- Foster a spirit of unity, love, and collaboration among church members.
- Equip and mentor leaders within the church to fulfill their God-given potential.
Qualifications:
- A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ and a clear calling to pastoral ministry.
- Experience in pastoral ministry, preaching, and church leadership.
- A heart for evangelism and discipleship, with a passion for serving others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A commitment to the beliefs and practices of Calvary Baptist Church.
