Mountain Top Baptist Church in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania is seeking a pastor. The church is Independent Baptist, uses the KJV, worships with traditional music, and averages 20 in attendance on Sunday morning. MTBC is looking for a Pastor that can lead in revitalizing and rebuilding the church. There is a committed and unified core within the church that is eager to grow spiritually and numerically. Potential candidates should be qualified according to 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 and have a Bible college education. Prior ministry and pastoral experience is preferred. The church will not consider those of a Reformed or Calvinistic persuasion. This position may be considered full-time (including a parsonage) depending on the needs of the incoming pastor. Mountain Top is an area that includes several communities and is home to 11,700 people. This area continues to grow with new housing developments being built. There is great potential for growing a vibrant, Biblical ministry in this area.
