FBC is located in northern Ohio, in a community of 650 souls, in a county of 182,500 souls, and is 40 miles southwest of Cleveland. Sunday morning attendance is approximately 150. The ideal candidate will have a college degree from a reputable institution or equivalent. A deep understanding of Biblical theology and principles. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to mentor, supervise, and motivate staff. Experience in community outreach and evangelism is a plus.
