Responsibilities would include:
—Assisting the Senior pastor with guiding the church.
—Leading the youth ministry.
—Leading congregational music (no additional musical ability or interest is required, but would be helpful)
—Additional responsibilities may be assigned based upon interest and giftedness.
Qualifications:
—Must have experience with leading and loving teams of volunteers.
—Must demonstrate the spiritual gift of ruling/leadership.
