Baptist International Leadership Development Ministry (BILDM) & Baptist International School of the Scriptures (BISOS) are ministries of training, helps and resources for the local churches, missionaries and individuals.  The goal of the ministry is to provide the resources to help in the training, strengthening, encouraging and development of ministry leaders world wide.
