We had another outage at around 7:30 PM on 07/28/22.
Once again the culprit was the Database server. Got ticket opened and was fixed withing minutes of getting support.
Complained about several problems with SQL servers recently. Was told they have been doing upgrades and repairs to make things more stable.
Total outage 30-45 minutes.
