You must:

-be a man that is happily married. (preferable a young couple that can bring additional energy and excitement to the work)

-be willing to work your own job. (there is plenty of job opportunity in Cookeville)

-be excited about public evangelism OR be willing to learn how to evangelize the lost.

-on board with congregational hymn singing and also enjoy spiritual songs and/or conservative special music.

-have a pioneer spirit and the full support of your wife.

-be coachable, teachable and be able to patiently love people.
