Important Announcement: This last Sunday (May 5, 2023) was our last English service at Fair Park Baptist Church. However, Fair Park will continue as a church. Praise be to God. 
Our neighborhood is predominately Hispanic. Over the years we have sought to reach our community with the gospel.  As our membership has been decreasing we asked that the Lord would bring us a pastor that spoke Spanish. A little over a year ago He brought Jose Ramirez to our door. 
Bro. Jose agrees with the doctrine and structures of the Baptist Missionary Association of America. More importantly he has a heart for God and is a faithful servant in the Gospel ministry. He has a congregation of around 30 -40 people. Praise be to God. 
God brought our two groups together in His goodness and timing. They were a flock without a home, and we were nearing having to disband. Last Sunday a motion was made and passed that Bro. Jose Ramirez be elected the new pastor of Fair Park Baptist Church and that this congregation (those saved and baptized)  be accepted as members of Fair Park Baptist Church.  The motion passed with unanimous consent. 
So while May 5, 2023 was the last English service, it was not the last service. Fair Park will continue on a strong footing to reach the community in which He placed it. Praise be to God.
