International Crusade Evangelism Incorporated, also known as "ICE" was organized in February of 1984 by its founder Dr. Ray H. Crawfordt. During that year this missionary ministry was chartered by the state of Florida and approved by the Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit, Tax-exempt charitable organization. The ministries of this organization have been conducted in more than twenty countries in five continents of the world. These include: The Republic of Panama, Colombia, Nicaragua, Jamaica, Suriname, The Bahamas, Haiti, The Philippines, Korea, Japan, India, Tanzania, Nigeria, England, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Italy, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, Canada, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Kansas, New Mexico, Texas, and California. In 2003 new places of ministry have included Kenya, as well as the countries of Thailand and Myanmar, formerly called Burma.
